   Good Evening My best friends Aaj mai apko ye bataunga ki kaise practically Maine 15 days me apna fat remove kiya doston Maine 7 July 2018 ko pura plan prepare kiya.Regular basis pe work kiya aur result main is post ke through bata Raha hu aur Mai apne fat( motape) per dhyan na deta but ek din study karne baitha to kuch time bad sone Ka man Karne laga usi time side ke Uncle a Gaye to unhone pucha Kitna time hua study Karte Maine bataya 30 minute wo bole itni Jaldi kyun rest kar rahe ho to Maine Kaha waist me pain hone laga to unhone Kaha ki Tumhara weight jyada hai aur tum fit Nahi ho isiliye ye pain ho raha hai to Maine kaha fit Nahi hu kaise to weight pucha unhone to Maine bataya ki 74 kg wo surprise ho gaye meri height average 1.68 cm thi to unhone bataya ki tumhara weight 60 ke as pas hona Chahiye to maine unse promise kiya ki 30 days me Mai fit ho karunga aur maine pura plan ready kiya ki in 30 days me kya diet plan hoga,kitni exercise hogi,Water kitna,Aur sleeping Kitna aur phir regular work Karne laga aur  isi tarah Maine 15 days me hi weight balance Kar Diya Biggest achievement for me Aiye dekhen kaise......

1.Healthy Diet No Junk Food-
               Doston Maine sabse pahle apne diet per focus kiya kyunki agar weight loose Karna hai to diet sabse important hai kyunki jab hum exercise karte hai aur 700calorie burn karte Hain aur diet me 1500 calories lete hain to Kabhi weight loose Nahi ho Sakta hai isiliye healthy food le Rice,pizza,burger ,Junk food,Fast food se bache ho sake to low calorie wale item le aur diet me ek bar me halka dose le aur kam kam Karke Kai bar me khayen is tarah aap fat loose Karne ka first step Complete Kar lenge.

2.Morning Running-
            Ji Haan doston ager aap REGULAR Running karte hai to 50% kam apka ho jayega aur aap dheere dheere weight loose Karne  ki taraf Badhenge dekhiye doston ye Jo weight hai ye kahin kahin na kahin apko problem hi dega isiliye aaj kisi bhi celebrity ya business man ya player ko dekhen to sabhi fit rahna chahte hai to aap log regular Morning running kariye.

3.Exercise After Running-
                 Doston aap log jab bhi running karke aye to exercise Karen aur kam se kam 1 hour exercise jarur Karen aap success ho jayenge no problem my friends dekhiye ager aap exercise karenge aur pasina,sweat bahega to Apki charbi(fat) kam ho jayegi.

4.Sleeping-
                 Doston ager aap subah exercise karte hain hai aur Uske baad aap ate Hain kuch khaker so jate hain to doston Aapka weight Kabhi bhi balance Nahi Hoga isiliye doston aap log exercise Karen aur sleeping night me karen day time sleeping Sahi Nahi hai ye apko problem hi dega aur apka 15 days weight loose dream Pura Nahi Hoga ager aap 15 din me weight ko balance Karna chahte  hain to surely aap ko mere diye plan ko follow Karna hoga aur aap surely success honge.
