Hello friends Mai apka dost,apka bhai ek bar phir ek aisa topic le kar aya hu Jo sabhi ke life ke liye important hai aur sabhi ke jivan me follow hota hai.Ap sabhi ko pata hai ki hum depression me ya mind tention me bahut jaldi chala jata hai.Aisa kyun hota hai.... Iske bahut karan hai.Aiye dekhe.....

Doston apne dekha hoga ki family me bahut sari activity hoti hai jisse sabhi member disturb ho jate hain aur kuch to depression me chale jate hai.Usme kisi ki koi problem family related ho sakti hai.Aur aj ke samay me Jo yuva hain wo to job ya business means career ka tention le lete hai jabki unhe sochna chahiye ki ye job ya business me safal hona ye ek adventure ki tarah hai.Agar hum apne career time thoda SA bhi dhyan de to career bana sakte hai.
Jise hum Problem samajhte hain Actually wo life ki Practical Pariksha(Exam) hai Jise pass karna hi padta hai dur nahi bhagna hai.Pas jao aur ise pass Karo.

Kabhi kabhi hum apne relationship ko lekar stress feel karte hai Jo ki cancer se ghatak hota hai aur aise bahut sare case hume apne as Pas mil jayenge.Iske siva humlife ke breakup patchup se bhi pareshan ho jate hain kabhi aisa bhi dekhne ko milta hai ki breakup ke karan hum depressed ho jate hain ise me Desire aur wishes bhi as jati hai kyunki jab Humana breakup ho jata hai to hum bhir wahi purani memories ko yad Kar Karke nervous hote hain aur hum bar bar usi moment ko wapas pana chahte hain but past Jo beet gaya hai wo hum Kabhi wapis bula nahi sakte to is condition me hum kya karen aiye dekhe.
Hume past se knowledge nikalna hai aur use aj Use Karke Bright Future create karna hai....

Doston humjab bhi depression me jate hai to girte chale jate hai Jo ki humare confidence ko down karta hai aur hume bar bar wahi past(bhoot) yad Ata rahta hai Jo ki kuch karne nahi deta hai aur us condition per dhyan dijiye ki ye sab baten Jo chale rahi hai ki purani yaden ya past wapis aye.Ye sab baten humare man me chal rahi hai ye kahin bahar nahi chal rahi hai  aur jis past,bhoot se hum darte hain wo bahar nahi humare man me hai to isliye jab bhi koi problem se hum pareshan ho jayen to hume bhagna nahi hai balki pas Jana hai means Jise bhoot samajhte hain aur bhagte hai wo kuch nahi hai.Apko purani yaden jab bhi satayen to aap apne aap se kaho ki ane do Jo yad aa raha use ane do aur kaho dekhte hain ye mera kya karta hai.Aur aap apne bade se goal ko pane ki taraf try Karne lage.Ap jab kam karna chahenge to man nahi lagega phir ap apne aap se boliye ki Jo hua achha hua aur work start kijiye Aur aap surely Success honge.
Jivan me problem hai ye problem nahi hai use problem samajhna ye Sabse badi problem hai.

Doston jab bhi life me koi bhi problem ho ap koi tention ya stress na le balki use smile karte hue solve Karne ki koshish Karen agar pahla try fail ho to English me bahut alphabet hain usi tarah har problem ke alag solutions hai.

Apne ap ko samajhiye ap jaisa chahen apne aap ko bana sakte hai.kyunki
    Jo aap sochte hain wo aap 
    ban jate hai isliye positive
     Soche positive hi Apke Sath Hoga.
