      Exercise Ka Benefit


         Hi doston aj ek bar phir se apka apna bhai ek aise topic ko lekar aya hu Jo Zindagi me sabse important hai aur wo hai exercise.Agar aap morning me uthker exercise karenge to isse kam se kam bhi dekha jaye to iske bahut benefit hain.Doston subah uthker exercise zaroor karna chahiye 
Kyunki isse apke pure din ki dincharya affected hoti hai.Subah uthker exercise zaroor karna chahiye aur isse bahut fayde Hain aur exercise bahut tareh ki ho sakti hai doston ab hum sabhi exercise ko janenge Jo subah kar sakte hain.......

1.Running-

                         Doston pahle hum sabse saral exercise ki baat karenge Jo har Insaan Kar Sakta hai aur wo hai RUNNING.Subah subah aap log Jo bhi Bhai log hain Jo net se tarike search karte hain Fitness maintain karne ki wo sabhi keval aur keval running hi karen to bhi fit rahenge aur ek baat jin doston ka weight balance Nahi hai wo keval 25 din running 1km karen wada karta hu unka motapa kam ho Jayega aur wo fit ho jayenge.Agar apka motapa kam ho gaya to aap hazaron diseases se bach sakte hain.To doston subah se start kariye.

2.Jumping- 
                     Doston aap morning me agar chahe to pasina(sweat) nikalna ke liye jump Kar sakte hain.Jumping se apki body Ka fat level achha hota hain.Aur jumping shuru me 15 times phir dheere dheere badhana hai.Doston ek sawdhani ( caution) ye RAKHNA hai ki jumping se apka ovum andkosh(eggshell) Hain wo hurt ho sakti hai so aram SE jump kare ya supporter pahen Kar hi jump Karen apko bahut fayda Hoga.

3.Up Down- 
                       Aap subah subah up down bhi Kar sakte hain iske bhi bahut fayde hain apke body blood circulation badhta hai aur aap active feel karte hain.Apne dekha hoga ki hum agar subah exercise na kare to bathing ke baad aap thakawat feel karenge kyunki blood circulation slow rahta Bina exercise ke.Isiliye doston exercise zaroor karna chahiye.
 
4.Swimming- 
                          Ji haan mere pyare bhaiyon agar aap Jo uper HUMNE bataya Nahi Karna chahte to doston aap sabhi log swimming kar sakte hain aur isse apki body Ka har ek thing ka level equal hota Hain.Agar subah subah koi bhi Insaan swimming regularly karta hai to uski bady fit ho jayegi brain working fast hogi aur aap cool aur active feel karenge.Aur Haan doston Jo log swimming  kar lete unka to fit hai but Jo log swim Nahi Kar pate hain wo apne achhe close friends se swimming seekh sakte hain.

 5.Rope Skating- 

                                      Apne bahut sare logon ko dekha hoga ki wo bahut fit and fine lag rahe hain to doston unki fitness Ka secret keval Rope skate hain aaj kal ke busy life me Kahan logo ke pass time hai to aise me log 3-4 minute time rope skate Kar sakte hai aur hum bhi  fit ho sakte hain isme koi badi baat Nahi Hain but hum chhoti baat Ka dhyan Nahi dete agar time se dhyan de to koi problem fitness me Kabhi nahi nagi.

6.Bare foot walk on Grass-
         
             Doston end me bata de ki aaj kal log saf- safai Ka dhyan dete hain per khud Ka dhyan RAKHNA bhool jate hain Jo bahut problem details hai.Agar hum doston 10 minute  ke about(karib) mange paon(foot) walk Karen grass per to humara HEART BRAIN BODY fully energetic feel karta hai aur hum Puri tarah healthy ho sakte hain.
